My initial job was at Business Development, after that promoted to County Board Administrator and again to Director of Operations to the County Management, operating the day to day operations of approximately 15 Departments, including Finance, Highways, Land Use, plus It. For 12 years I had been also responsible regarding preparing and enacting the County’s Budget. During this time period I also worked two jobs to receive my Associates Degree in Business Management and Bachelor’s focusing in Business Management.

For 4 years I furthermore functioned as the Recorder of Deeds, providing the First ever "On Line" land records search system, digitizing records all the way back to the 1960’s, opening up a remote office thru intergovernmental cooperation with DuPage Township, sharing information together with the index Veteran’s Assistance Commission as well as all government bodies-saving tax dollars, and receiving the County Auditor’s important source fiscal responsibility award for saving the wikipedia reference most tax dollars.
